The Company
Metasa is one of the leading Brazilian companies offering a varied range of solutions for Engineering in the area of Steel Structures for Civil Engineering and it was the first Brazilian company in this segment to be ISO 9001 certified, Version 2008. With a production capacity of approximately 4,500 tons/month, the company has over 700 employees working in two Industrial Plants located in the cities of Marau (Rio Grande do Sul state) and Santo André (São Paulo state). Today, Metasa is a market leader due to its specialized Engineering solutions for Buildings and Steel Components, with superior technology and quality.
The four cities in which Metasa operates are headed by three Executive Officers: the C.E.O - Luiz Carlos de Lima, the Sales Director - José Eliseu Verzoni and the Industrial Director - Claudio Peiter. Above these Officers is the Board of Directors, which defines company strategies together with the Officers, providing support to seek the preset results and protects and gives value to company’s equity, as well as maximizes the return on investment. The Board is headed by the Sirs: Antonio Roso, Ari Antonio Roso, Heitor José Müller, José A. Fernandes Martins and Paulo G. Fernandes Tigre.
