Metasa celebrates the signature of the first direct contract with Petrobras for the production and assembly of steel structures to the construction of the intermediate floodgate of the Rio Grande Pole Dry Dike. The order will be at about 1.800 tons of steel structures, in the value of R$ 51 million, with a delivery time of six months. In this work will be used steel constructive systems produced by Metasa in its factory of Marau/RS and assembled in Rio Grande/RS. The company will lead off the construction of a new industrial plant in Rio Grande, specifically to assist the demand that will be generated by the future operation of the Dry Dike as well as of other works in the area.
