METASA believes that preventive medicine is very important for its employees’ health preservation.

The company offers medical care service adequate to local needs, besides ambulatory services.

Regular check-up exams, preventive exams and campaigns contribute for a better quality of life of the employees. The company also develops several campaigns, such as: World Day of Health, World Day of AIDS Prevention, regular vision tests, body mass index, blood type, hepatitis and antitetanic vaccination.

Nutrition specialists prepare balanced menus, using local culinary options and daily caloric needs, in order to assure employees well-being and satisfaction.

METASA’s employees have daily transport for work. Routes are planned to provide easy access, with stops in the main access places.

The company offers its employees the opportunity of development and growth, both professionally and intellectually, through internal and external training courses for all levels, such as operational, technical, managers, trainees, and through an education plan that helps employees in their studies with technical courses and languages.

Profit Sharing

Employees share company’s profits. Sharing percentage is 10% of net profit. Before income tax, 3% is invested in company’s modernization fund. Payment is performed semiannually.
