From Young Apprentice to Metasa professional: stories that show possible paths!

Ana Laura Daniel and Luis Airton Colussi began their journeys at Metasa in 2025, as participants in the Young Apprentice Program. For one year, they took the Maintenance Mechanic course at SENAI, developing technical knowledge and skills that opened doors to new opportunities.

After graduation, both continued their trajectories within the company. Luis started as a Production Assistant and later took the Steel Structure Assembly course. Today, he works as an Assembler I in the Assembly sector.

Ana Laura, in turn, began her degree in Production Engineering in 2026 and returned to Metasa as an intern in Human and Organizational Development (HOD). Recently, she moved to the Production Planning and Control (PPC) sector, bringing her professional experience closer to her field of study.

On October 30, the two returned to SENAI, this time to share their experiences with current students of the Young Apprentice program. The meeting also featured Tiago Dal Piva, Production Coordinator, and Grazieli Lodi, from the HOD area, who shared their own professional journeys and experiences at Metasa.

It was a moment of exchange, inspiration, and learning, showing students that there are different paths to grow in the industry and that each experience can open doors to new opportunities.

More than individual stories, Ana Laura and Luis represent so many young people who find in professional training and development opportunities the starting point to build their future.

Want to start your professional journey at Metasa? Stay tuned! Soon, we will announce opportunities for the 2027 Young Apprentice Program.
