Metasa Family Day Brings People Together and Strengthens Bonds

More than a visit, it is an opportunity to show families the environment where we build Metasa's future every day. The gathering reinforces the values that connect us and the importance of the people who are part of this journey.
During the visit, families tour Metasa's facilities and see the spaces where innovation takes shape, whether in the creative, administrative or manufacturing areas. Seeing up close the work employees do sparks even more admiration and a sense of belonging in each family member.
“As a mother, experiencing this moment was very rewarding. Being able to bring my children to see where I spend a large part of my days made everything even more meaningful. Seeing the sparkle in their eyes, their curiosity and their pride at seeing a small part of my routine was something very special for me. I felt welcomed and happy to be part of a company that understands the importance of family and creates such meaningful opportunities as this one,” shares Cintia Mariano, from the Industrial Management department.
Mateus Rigo, Engineering Manager, also puts the feeling into words: “It was a very memorable and emotional moment. I have worked at Metasa for 17 years, and my family has always been curious about what our work is like. Sometimes it's hard to explain, so the opportunity to bring my wife and children to see it was really great. Seeing my daughter sitting at my workstation, using the computer, moved us.”
In a relaxed moment, the families take part in an activity to assemble a structure, which is a hit, especially with the children. It is an opportunity to experience the reality of production and teaches, in a playful and engaging way, the care and precision that define Metasa's work.
“It was very rewarding to bring my family to see the company where I work and of which I am very proud. For my son, it was a dream come true. Every time we drove past the company, he would tell me: 'When I grow up, I'm going to work at Metasa.' When he found out he was going inside Metasa, he was thrilled. I am very happy to know that other families took part in Family Day and that many more will feel this pride in being here, showing the most important people in their lives how great the work we do is,” says Alexandre Balsian, Painting Supervisor.
Alexandre Henrique de Oliveira, Area Supervisor in Preparation, also experienced this special day: “It was a very special experience to bring my wife, Juciléia, and my 4-year-old daughter, Antonella, to see the place where I spend a good part of my day. Seeing her eyes light up when she met Chapa, built the mini structure and toured the factory was incredibly moving. She was enchanted by everything! And my wife was able to better understand the environment where I work, which was very rewarding for me. Taking my family to my office and showing them a bit of my daily routine is something I will never forget. I felt proud to be part of a company that values not only its employees but also their families. Thank you for the initiative! It was a day that will stay in all our hearts.”
The program is run by the Human and Organizational Development team, with support from other areas, and reflects the company's commitment to valuing people. Initiatives like this strengthen the bond between company and family, reaffirming that each employee brings a support network that deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
