Innovation on the Agenda: Metasa Team Takes Part in Operational Excellence Training

This week, teams from Metasa's Technology Training Group in Production Engineering took part in the project presentations for the PPCPM course – Production and Materials Planning, Scheduling and Control.
The meeting took place at VOA HUB in Marau/RS, in a collaborative and innovative environment that encouraged the exchange of ideas and highlighted the quality of the studies developed by the participants.
The activity is part of the Operational Excellence Training Program, an 18-month project that develops theoretical and practical skills focused on continuous improvement.
The groups' strong commitment to building their projects, combined with the content delivered by the Produttare team throughout the course, made it possible to create solid work directly connected to the company's reality. The analyses revealed several opportunities for improvement in methods, processes and controls, fully meeting the program's objectives.
This workshop represents another important step forward in Metasa's innovation journey, reinforcing the company's commitment to encouraging the development of its professionals, building high-performance teams and driving the continuous evolution of processes, supporting ever stronger results.
