Metasa Leadership Completes Technology Training in Production Engineering

Metasa held a special event to celebrate the Workshop and Graduation of its Technology Training in Production Engineering. The 16-month journey involved 26 employees in an intensive program of learning, practical application and professional development.
The training was led by Produttare, a specialized consulting firm that brought technical and teaching excellence to the program, consolidating a significant partnership in the development of METASA's professionals.
Held at Voa Hub in Marau/RS, the event featured presentations of the results achieved during the training, in which each team shared real projects developed during the program, demonstrating concrete gains in productivity, process improvement and innovation applied to day-to-day factory operations.
It was a recognition of the commitment and dedication of everyone involved, highlighting how the program aligns with the ongoing effort to value leadership, pursue knowledge and improve processes.
For Cintia Mariano, from Industrial Management, the greatest lesson of the course was developing a broader view of processes and understanding how small improvements, organization and teamwork make a difference to results. “I learned a lot from exchanging experiences with my colleagues, and it added a great deal to my professional and personal life. Receiving this opportunity from Metasa was very meaningful. I felt recognized and motivated by the trust they placed in my work," she says.
Abel Assunção, from the Warehouse department, believes that "knowledge is the most powerful tool we can carry forward." For him, continuous learning is not just a differentiator but a real necessity for those who work in the field.
“Each new piece of knowledge we acquire allows us to see processes more clearly, make better-informed decisions and contribute more meaningfully to the company's results. Today, technology is advancing at a rapid pace, and production engineering is at the center of this transformation. Investing in training is investing in the ability to innovate, optimize and deliver more value," Abel adds.
