Leadership That Delivers Results: Metasa Launches Supervisor Development Program

On February 25, Metasa launched its Supervisor Development Program, reaffirming a strategic commitment: investing in leadership to strengthen results and sustain the company's culture. The initiative is led jointly by the Human and Organizational Development team and consultant Gabriela Daronco, with the participation of supervisors from every area, and will run from February to December 2026.
The opening session presented the program's objectives and structure and the supervisor's role as a model of the “Metasa Way of Leading,” because the way we lead directly influences goal achievement, team engagement, financial results and how we live our values every day.
The program reinforces the essential balance in a supervisor's work: operations (methods, processes and routines), culture (how we relate to one another and which behaviors we strengthen) and performance (results and business impact). Through reflection and practical actions, we are taking another solid step toward building leadership that mobilizes people, inspires by example and delivers performance.
