In 2025, during the celebrations of Metasa's 50 years, one of the most symbolic moments was the tribute to employees who completed 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years with the company.
Held in an atmosphere of respect and gratitude, the ceremony brought together the leadership team, employees and families to honor professional journeys marked by commitment, trust and continuous contribution. More than marking years of service, the tribute reinforced Metasa's culture, based on valuing people and building results together.
The ceremony was attended by Superintendent Director Cristhine Fuga Roso, Sales Director Felipe Roso, Financial Director Sandro Kluge and Industrial Director Petrus Gusmão. Together, they led a moment that expressed one of the company's pillars throughout its history: people are central to the business.
