To build a competitive advantage and help ensure its long-term continuity, at the end of 2020 Metasa joined the Northern RS Business Alliance Program, together with the IMED Foundation and eight other companies in the region.

In addition to Metasa, BSBios, Coprel, Cotrijal, Farmácias São João, Grupo Grazziotin, Hospital Ortopédico and Oniz Distribuidora are also part of the Alliance Program, which aims to foster the development of highly profitable activities that address important needs in each of the allied segments.

Through the Alliance Program, an Innovation Cell was created at Metasa, made up of 10 employees from different areas of the company, whose purpose is to develop creative alternatives to solve problems and generate improvements, encouraging a culture of innovation through connections among people, processes and the community.

On Friday, January 8, 2021, the Program was presented to all of the company's employees, together with an Ideas Program designed to encourage employee participation in the innovation process.

"We want all employees to take part in this Program, and in the near future we hope to have a culture of innovation established at Metasa," says Sales Director Felipe Fuga Roso.

"Creating an environment that fosters a change in mindset is a major challenge for the company," says Antônio Roso, Chairman of the Company's Board.
