Metasa Invests in Employee Health with a Free Vaccination Campaign

Metasa, a benchmark in steel structure construction, is providing quadrivalent flu vaccines to its employees, reinforcing its commitment to the team's well-being. The initiative, which covers units such as Marau/RS and Charqueadas/RS, allows internal scheduling with no lines or travel, setting it apart. The campaign was carried out in partnership with HCR Clinic in Marau.
Juliana Perin, who works in the plate preparation department, praises the initiative: "It's great to get the vaccine; it's an incentive. We feel more and more motivated to work when we see all this care for employees." For her, the gesture goes beyond health; it is a source of motivation.
In the painting department, Alexandro Balancin shares his enthusiasm: "It's really nice that the company cares about us. We don't have to leave here to get the vaccine. Of the companies I know, only Metasa does this. We don't have to stand in line and wait; we just schedule it and get it for free." Balancin highlights the convenience, which avoids the usual hassles of outside campaigns.
At the Marau unit, 250 employees have already been vaccinated in the first round of registrations, and a second date will be scheduled soon. The Charqueadas unit has also joined the campaign and plans to vaccinate around 200 employees, expanding its impact. According to Metasa's Human and Organizational Development manager, Bruno dos Santos, the initiative is part of the company's commitment to valuing employees and caring for their well-being, in line with the slogan "Talent to build safer futures."
