Metasa Takes Part in the Launch of Atitus's New Polytechnic School and Reinforces Its Commitment to the Future of Industry

Atitus Educação began a new chapter in its history by officially launching its Polytechnic School on March 18, at an event held on its Passo Fundo campus.

During the launch, Metasa was recognized as a partner company of the project, consolidating its active participation in the new education model proposed by the institution. As part of this initiative, the company will sponsor one of the Polytechnic School's courses, which will be taught by a Metasa employee. The proposal strengthens the connection between theory and practice, bringing real industry challenges and experiences into the academic environment.

Metasa was represented at the event by Human Resources Manager Bruno Matheus dos Santos.

“We believe professional education needs to keep pace with the speed of change in industry. Taking part in this project means contributing directly to developing talent that is better prepared for the present and the future,” he says.

At a time when Rio Grande do Sul is rebuilding, amid economic, climate and technological change, training professionals prepared to make an impact has become a strategic need for regional development. In this context, the new Polytechnic School takes a leading role by offering education aligned with market needs.

The model presented by Atitus expands companies' participation in academic life through a Partners Program that brings together organizations from different sectors. Executives and leaders will help shape the curriculum, propose real challenges and interact with students throughout their undergraduate studies. The event brought together leaders from the innovation ecosystem and industry representatives and was attended by the regional press, including Rádio Uirapuru. The program included panels on technology, innovation, talent development and industrial competitiveness.

The Polytechnic School currently has more than 700 students on its Passo Fundo and Porto Alegre campuses, with growth expected as the new model is implemented. Metasa's participation reinforces the company's commitment to talent development, innovation and strengthening Rio Grande do Sul's industry, positioning it as an active agent in building the sector's future.
