Metasa receives the 2026 Top Ser Humano Award

Promoted by ABRH-RS, the Top Ser Humano Award is one of the leading recognitions in the field of people management in Rio Grande do Sul. The award values initiatives that promote human development, strengthen organizational culture, and demonstrate how caring for people can generate positive transformations inside and outside companies.
This achievement is the result of the Climate Survey project carried out in 2025, under the motto "My voice drives real improvements", at the Marau (RS) unit. Built and conducted entirely by the internal team, the survey featured the active participation of the teams at all stages, especially the climate survey ambassadors, who contributed to dissemination, communication, engagement, and the translation of the questionnaire into Spanish and Haitian Creole, broadening employee access and participation.
Listening to the teams gave rise to a set of initiatives that are already transforming our daily lives, ranging from practical infrastructure improvements and benefits reviews to actions aimed at cultural transformation. Each response and each comment became a starting point for concrete changes, showing that listening to people and valuing their contributions is essential to building real improvements.
This recognition reinforces the importance of a work environment that encourages learning, respects individualities, promotes opportunities, and recognizes the contribution of each professional. After all, investing in people means strengthening the company, driving its sustainable development, and building a better future for everyone.
