Metasa S.A Is Once Again Certified to ISO 9001

In July, the Marau unit underwent an ISO 9001 audit conducted by Bureau Veritas. At the end of the process, Metasa was certified once again, reaffirming its commitment to excellence, continuous improvement and process standardization. The standard enables Metasa to meet the most rigorous quality and safety standards, ensuring excellent service to its clients in Brazil and abroad.
Held by Metasa since 1999, the certification is the result of work done every day by professionals from different areas who act with responsibility, discipline and a focus on process excellence. During the audit, the company's procedures, controls and practices were evaluated, demonstrating the strength of its Quality Management System and its alignment with the standard's international requirements.
For Metasa's clients, this means the certainty of working with a company that delivers quality solutions, with well-structured processes, a focus on satisfaction and an ongoing commitment to improvement. "When a client trusts Metasa S.A with a complex project in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Steel, Mining, Infrastructure or Pulp and Paper segments, this recertification is the guarantee that their choice remains justified. Our company has a legacy of recognition for quality, and I am sure tomorrow will be even better," says Industrial Director Petrus Gusmão.
Metasa CEO Cristhine Fuga Roso emphasizes that the achievement is the result of a history built over decades.
"The certification we have held since 1999 is a source of pride for Metasa. This recognition goes beyond the audit; it is reflected in our day-to-day work, in our teams' commitment, in the pursuit of results and in the continuous improvement of our processes."
Director Petrus Gusmão also stresses that the certification represents an ongoing commitment to the company's evolution.
"ISO 9001 is not a trophy you put on a shelf. It is a mirror that periodically forces us to look at ourselves honestly and ask: 'Are we really delivering our best?' Today, the answer is yes! ISO 9001 doesn't certify products; it certifies processes. But processes don't run on their own; they are carried out by people. And that is what the auditors found when they came here: people committed to quality. Not just a quality department, but a quality company."
The recertification reinforces the confidence of clients, partners and employees in Metasa's ability to maintain high quality standards, consolidating a culture in which excellence is part of the routine and drives the company's continuous evolution.
