Recognition of a Track Record: Metasa Wins an Award in the 2026 Brazilian Engineering Ranking

Metasa was one of 29 engineering companies recognized at the awards ceremony held by O Empreiteiro magazine during Fórum Infra 2026-2028 in São Paulo/SP.
The ranking recognized companies in four sectors: Builders, Designers and Project Managers, Industrial Assembly and Special Services, based on significant growth in gross revenue and on their presence in the regional and national markets. Metasa showed exponential growth and rose to 20th place in the overall Brazilian engineering ranking, up from 24th place in 2025.
Attending the event, sales manager Mara Mognon says this award was more than special. "It was a huge source of pride to receive this recognition precisely in Metasa's 50th year, at an event attended by so many clients. This achievement represents all the employees who make the company happen, the clients who believe in Metasa and the suppliers who walk alongside us. Growing in such a volatile market is difficult, but we managed to overcome the challenges. I am very proud to be part of it," says Mara, who has been part of the team since 1998.
Business Coordinator Rodrigo Pereira also attended to receive the award.
Metasa also took 2nd place in the 2026 Special Engineering Services by Activity category of the 500 Grandes da Construção award. In addition, it ranked 10th among the Largest Revenue Changes, with 38% growth over the previous year.
Founded in 1975, the company fabricates and erects large steel structures for highly complex industrial projects. Its history has been built through significant projects in the steel, oil and gas, infrastructure, agribusiness, pulp and paper, petrochemical, multi-story building and mining segments, earning a reputation for technical reliability and operational excellence.
