In compliance with Federal Law, specifically Law No. 14,611/2023 and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, and in line with our commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity, we are publishing the Pay Transparency and Compensation Criteria Reports of Metasa S.A Indústria Metalúrgica (CNPJ 88.416.482/0001-06 and CNPJ 88.416.482/0006-10).
This information was made available by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, in accordance with the Major Groups of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), ensuring the protection of personal data as provided for in the General Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 13,709/2018).
