METASA Valuing the Family Project

Along with the company's innovations comes a growing desire to bring employees' families closer to the industrial environment. With this in mind, Metasa opened its doors to welcome the families of employees who signed up. On the morning of Saturday, May 7, at the Charqueadas Unit, and on the afternoon of Saturday the 14th of the same month, the Valuing the Family Project event allowed the families of Metasa employees to see the place where they come to work every day, giving them the chance to meet colleagues and area managers. The program included welcome activities, a presentation about the company, a tour of the manufacturing plant and, finally, a cocktail reception. Other groups will have the chance to take part, as a new gathering will be held at both units during the second half of 2016. The idea is to keep the program active in the coming years. Metasa cares about the satisfaction of its employees in order to keep a happy team that is proud to be part of the company. Metasa believes in the positive results of this integration and states that it will continue the event under its internal rules, so that all employees interested in showing their workplace to their families can take part.
